Your donation is processed by Stripe to Fundación Corazón Raíz, A.C. (Mexican entity, Tax ID FCR220804IL9). It is tax-deductible in Mexico under Income Tax Law Art. 27. The CFDI receipt is issued within 5 business days from our authorized PAC (manually in v1; automated in v1.1).
US donors: a donation to this Mexican entity is not deductible on your US federal tax return unless an intermediary 501(c)(3) vehicle exists. We are working on a Friends-of-X partnership. Until it is in place, we do not advertise US deductibility.
