1. Acceptance
By using fundacionhd.org you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site operator is Fundación Corazón Raíz, A.C. (Mexican Tax ID FCR220804IL9), with offices at Calle Teocelo 29, Col. Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX 06760, Mexico.
2. Site purpose
fundacionhd.org is the institutional site of the Héroes Digitales program, operated by Fundación Corazón Raíz, A.C. Its purpose is to inform about the program, publish transparency reports, receive contact from potential sponsors and partners, and process donations via Stripe to the foundation.
3. Donations
- Donations are processed by Stripe, in Mexican pesos or US dollars, to the Fundación Corazón Raíz, A.C. account (a Mexican tax entity).
- The Foundation is an SAT-authorized donee; donations are tax-deductible in Mexico under Income Tax Law Art. 27. The current SAT authorization number is published at /en/transparency.
- To request a Mexican CFDI you must provide name or business name, RFC, address, ZIP code, and CFDI use code at the donation step. While we automate issuance, CFDIs are issued manually from our PAC portal and sent within 5 business days.
- No refunds are issued except for technical errors attributable to Stripe or the Foundation that can be proven. Report errors at donaciones@fundacionhd.org within 30 days of the charge.
- For US donors: a donation to the Foundation (a Mexican entity) is not deductible on your US federal tax return unless an intermediary 501(c)(3) vehicle exists. We are working on a Friends-of-X partnership; while it is not in force, you cannot claim a US deduction.
