Two pillars that sustain each other.

The external plane creates the conditions; the internal plane produces the transformation. We build both at once, because neither one alone is enough for a young person to build a life of their own on their own ground.

Pillar 01 · Connectivity

We bring internet where it does not reach today.

Sponsorship and activation of connectivity in schools, clinics, shelters, and community centers. Each point becomes a hub for the entire community around it. Connectivity is the enabling condition for everything else.

Pillar 02 · Systemic change

We build internal capacities using the IDG framework.

Digital literacy, technical training with Platzi, labor placement with INROADS, and psychological support — all organized inside the Inner Development Goals: five dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting) that produce the authentic version of what falsified paths also offer.

01 · Connectivity — the enabling condition

Internet where it doesn't reach: schools, shelters, clinics, and community centers. Each point serves the whole community, not just the training program. Satellite connectivity via CTN/Starlink and unconnected.org, with solar power backup through Iluméxico. Over 50 active points today.

02 · Systemic change — organized by the IDG framework

The capabilities the program seeks to develop are organized by the Inner Development Goals framework: five dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting) and 23 skills. It is the system that ties together technical training, life skills, socio-economic linking, and cultivation of personal agency. Dignified employment falls under "Acting" — worked together with INROADS, Generation México, and the network of partner companies.

How it runs on the ground

Three training sites, each with a territory partner: Chihuahua (Rotary clubs), Guerrero (New Ventures), and Jalisco (Fundación Fratelli Tutti). The territory partner leads field operations; the Foundation provides connectivity, training, and coordination with the rest of the specialized partners (Platzi, UNETE, PrepaIN, Lucha, Iluméxico, BAMX, among others).

Ongoing case · Manos de Guerrero

900 women artisans across three municipalities of the Costa Chica (Tlacoachistlahuaca, Ometepec/Zacualpan, Xochistlahuaca). Territorial alliance with New Ventures, Fomento Social Banamex, and the Guerrero State Government (via SEFODECO). The program's virtual assistant, Jacinta, lives on WhatsApp.

Radical honesty about what we still don't know

We do not yet have completed generations. We do not publish numbers on graduates, sustained income, or employability rates because they do not exist yet. What we report today is coverage, active sites, and the framework we will use to measure once the data arrives.

Four technical tracks

Each cohort takes one track. The choice is made in week 8, after the digital onboarding block.

  • Web development

Frontend with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React. Focus on remote junior employability.

  • Data analysis

Advanced Excel, SQL, basic Python, visualization with Looker Studio.

  • Digital design and UX

Figma, design fundamentals, user research, prototyping.

  • Digital marketing

    Content strategy, metrics, campaigns, copywriting.

Sponsor a hub. Connect a community.

Each sponsored hub is an activated school, a trained cohort, and a family that decides to stay. You choose the amount and frequency of your donation.
