01 · Connectivity — the enabling condition
Internet where it doesn't reach: schools, shelters, clinics, and community centers. Each point serves the whole community, not just the training program. Satellite connectivity via CTN/Starlink and unconnected.org, with solar power backup through Iluméxico. Over 50 active points today.
02 · Systemic change — organized by the IDG framework
The capabilities the program seeks to develop are organized by the Inner Development Goals framework: five dimensions (Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting) and 23 skills. It is the system that ties together technical training, life skills, socio-economic linking, and cultivation of personal agency. Dignified employment falls under "Acting" — worked together with INROADS, Generation México, and the network of partner companies.
How it runs on the ground
Three training sites, each with a territory partner: Chihuahua (Rotary clubs), Guerrero (New Ventures), and Jalisco (Fundación Fratelli Tutti). The territory partner leads field operations; the Foundation provides connectivity, training, and coordination with the rest of the specialized partners (Platzi, UNETE, PrepaIN, Lucha, Iluméxico, BAMX, among others).
Ongoing case · Manos de Guerrero
900 women artisans across three municipalities of the Costa Chica (Tlacoachistlahuaca, Ometepec/Zacualpan, Xochistlahuaca). Territorial alliance with New Ventures, Fomento Social Banamex, and the Guerrero State Government (via SEFODECO). The program's virtual assistant, Jacinta, lives on WhatsApp.
Radical honesty about what we still don't know
We do not yet have completed generations. We do not publish numbers on graduates, sustained income, or employability rates because they do not exist yet. What we report today is coverage, active sites, and the framework we will use to measure once the data arrives.
